What do you get when you combine the engineering and development capabilities of RT Pro with the experience of 5 time GNCC national UTV champion William Yokley? You get a completely different machine with a bolt-on kit! We spent a whole race season with William developing the ultimate kit for the latest and greatest RZR model out there. The RZR 900S/1000S is already and extremely capable trail and XC race car but we immediately noticed there was room for improvement. This kit takes years of experience and applies small geometry changes to get the most out of your RZR while giving you almost limitless adjustments to fine tune the kit to your own preferences.
We moved the wheelbase forward 1" and changed the shock geometry to lower the stroke of the shock in relation to the rear. We also changed the static caster settings and built in shims for the lower arms so you can adjust the caster between the OEM setting and two more aggressive settings for racing or aggressive driving applications. As with all RT Pro suspension systems, we eliminated the weak OEM ball joints by using our proven mono ball upper / heim joint lower conversion with our proprietary spindle adapter pins for the ultimate in strength and adjustability. We use Chromoly FK bearings with Teflon linings for the best quality and strength. This kit allows for static camber adjustments and it also gives higher ground clearance with it's arched lower arms. The rear arms also utilize slightly modified shock geometry and include an industry-first, adjustable camber link in the upper arm. We used a massive 3/4" Chromoly turnbuckle for simple static adjustments you can do in the pits to fine tune your car for specific track conditions the day of the race.
This kit is hand made from 100% Chromoly and comes complete with all the highest grade fasteners needed to complete installation. To compliment this arm kit we highly recommend adding our industry-first, race proven 300M monoball HD Tie Rods (sold separately) to complete the system for ultimate strength.
The RT Pro Yokley Edition Arm Kit is a direct bolt-on replacement for the OEM width suspension on the RZR 900S, RZR4 900 and RZR 1000S. The kit utilizes the OEM length axles and shocks. We also sell OEM replacement springs for these models HERE along with OEM shock revalving service performed by William Yokley himself (contact us for details) for the ultimate in performance and ride.
Note: Early 900S models will require a change in the rear lower bearing carrier pivot bushings and sleeves to convert from 10mm bolts to 12mm bolts as used on this arm kit. Contact us for details.
Dust Cap Option: For those who run in a lot of mud we recommend our dust cap upgrade. These are NOT required but they are an option for those who want it. The mono balls we use have teflon linings in them so they may be run dry but some people like to grease their joints for certain applications and these caps also give you a clean way to do this if desired.These caps are for the upper arms only. Caps are installed by tapping them in place. To remove they must be pried out. Caps sold individually.
