This kit, when combined with our other bolt-on gusset kits, takes care of everything you need to make your RZR race ready or just plain indestructible on the trail. It covers all the failure points we found on the original RZR 800 chassis through years of racing in every series and environment. It covers the front and rear suspension pivot mounts by properly gusseting them for maximum strength. It also includes gussets for critical points on the main chassis we found failures in through the years of hard landings, crashes and roll-overs. If you're building a RZR 800 50", S or 4 seater to abuse it and don't mind a bit of work, this kit is for you.
Kit is priced WITHOUT weld washers for the A-arm pivot points.

We offer the "upgrades only" options for customers who may have purchased this kit before we added the upgrades. If you simply want to add more gusseting to your previously installed RT kit just by the upgrade kit you want.
NOTE: All kits come complete with some gussets to cover the 2008+ RZR 800 50", S and 4 seat chassis. Some may not be needed on newer year RZR s because Polaris added some gussets to the chassis through the years.
