This is our legendary OEM replacement spring kit for the RZR S 800 using Fox Podium shocks. This kit gives a substantial improvement in ride quality while improving handling as well at G-out resistance. We've found the perfect combination of spring length to rate ratio and are very happy with our results. This kit is for all four corners of the machine. It provides a short spring, a long spring and a delrin spacer for each shock. The secret is in our short springs. We've found a perfect rate which allows us to custom tailor our long springs, (which determines the final rate of the suspension) to each individuals needs.
RATES
STANDARD - The Standard rate kit is a perfect improvement over stock for recreational drivers without very much extra weigh added to the vehicle. The Standard rate is perfect for the moderate to aggressive driver, intermediate racer or for a vehicle with some extra weight in accessories or passengers. This kit works great with our 2" Lift Kit HERE as well if you'd like extra height.
HEAVY DUTY - The Heavy Duty option if for the drivers who are carrying more than the usual amount of payload on or in their machines. Heavy roll cages, bumpers, winches, tools and gear all weigh the machine down and if you feel like your machine needs just a little more spring to hold it up than the other guys then this option is for you. This kit when combined with a RT Pro lift kit will make for a very stiff ride. We recommend the customer considers this before ordering this combination. We usually recommend this kit only for heavy loaded RZR's over 600 lbs, or 800 lbs with our lift.
Note: For the best ride, combine springs with our 2" lift kit available as a discounted Bundle HERE. The lift kit will allow you to run less preload for a smoother ride so even if you don't necessarily want more height, the lift kit also works as a geometry improvement for more stability and better ride/handling. FITMENT
This kit fits all 2009-2014 RZR 800 S models running OEM Fox Podium 1.5" shocks. It DOES NOT fit RZR 4 800models or RZR 800 S with Sachs shocks.
Kit includes (8) springs and (4) spring spacers. All springs come with silver powdercoat.

RACE RETAINER UPGRADE
While it s rather uncommon, we've managed to break a several of the OEM lower spring retainers during extreme driving. Due to this, RT Pro has designed custom billet retainers which substantially improve on the original design by increasing the cross sectional area of the part as well as employing much better materials. All Race retainers are gold anodized. If this upgrade is selected, four of our Race Retainers will be added to your order. To use them you simply substitute the new retainers for your old ones when installing your spring kit.
REVALVING
In over a decade of selling OEM replacement springs we've found our kits are more than enough for 80% off all UTV owners to be completely happy with their suspension. For the remaining 20% we recommend revalving or completely new shocks. The 20% is made up of extremely hard drivers who spend a lot of time in their UTV either racing or riding hard every weekend. For the average trail rider who goes once or twice a month revalving really isn't needed with our springs. Unlike any other kit on the market, our kits are designed to optimize the OEM valving.
