NEW! 2008-2014 Polaris RZR 800 HDPE Fender Flares
Our Fender Flare Extenders are CNC cut from strong, but flexible HDPE that is textured on top and smooth on the inside. Our kits come with hardware, instructions (with pictures), and can be installed in about an hour.
We offer a standard coverage kit (for vehicles with factory wheels and tires) and an extra coverage option for those of you with larger wheels, lifts, and tires. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!
Fender Coverage:
Standard front fenders- 2" (bottom) 3.5" (top)
Standard rear fenders- 3" (top)
Extra coverage front fenders- 3" (bottom) 4.5" (top)
Extra coverage rear fenders- 4" (top)
IMPORTANT: This kit only fits the 50" wide RZR's. It will not fit the RZR-S or RZR-4.
